By downloading or using Digital Sculptor ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Digital Sculptor offers auto-renewable subscription plans:
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
New users may receive a 3-day free trial period to experience the App before subscribing. After the trial period ends, access to premium features requires an active subscription.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
You retain all rights to the 3D models, textures, and other content you create using the App. We do not claim ownership of your creations.

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
