首次生成前需要从 App Store 下载较大的模型资源。请保持应用打开、网络稳定，并确认磁盘空间充足。系统暂停下载时，应用会等待 macOS、iOS 或 iPadOS 自动继续；移动设备首次使用对象选择或超分时还会准备对应的 Core ML 模型。
请通过应用内的“导入”按钮选择源图，并在导出时选择你有写入权限的位置。DrawAI 只访问你明确选择的文件。
App Store 版本固定使用 4-bit QInt4 端侧模型，不提供精度档位切换。首次任务需要下载并加载模型，因此会比后续任务耗时更长。
设备型号、内存容量、系统版本、所用工作流、模型下载状态，以及错误提示截图。不要发送包含敏感信息的原始图片。

An Apple silicon Mac running macOS 26 or later, or a supported iPhone Pro or M-series iPad running iOS/iPadOS 26 with at least 8 GB of unified memory, plus sufficient disk space and a stable network. The 8 GB iPhone class is limited to 512px.
The first image task downloads a large model asset from the App Store. Keep the app open, maintain a stable connection, and verify available disk space. If macOS, iOS, or iPadOS pauses the download, DrawAI waits for the system to resume it. On mobile devices, the first object-selection or upscale task also prepares its Core ML model.
Use the in-app Import button and choose an export location where you have write permission. DrawAI accesses only files you explicitly select.
The App Store build always uses the on-device 4-bit QInt4 model and does not expose precision switching. The first task takes longer while the model downloads and loads; later tasks reuse the local asset.
Include your device model, memory capacity, system version, workflow, model download status, and a screenshot of the error. Do not send source images containing sensitive information.
