By downloading or using Lucid ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, lawful purposes, subject to these Terms.

User Content

You retain all rights to the photos and other content you import, edit, create, or save using the App. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Photo Editing Results

The App provides editing tools for convenience and creative use. You are responsible for reviewing edited results before using or sharing them, especially for official ID photo requirements.

Restrictions

You may not:

• Use the App for any illegal, harmful, or deceptive purpose
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except where permitted by law
• Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit the App without permission
• Use edited content in a way that violates another person's rights

No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every specific use case.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
